Small Respiratory Department, Good Management, Patient Care top priority

Cons

PRN pay low compared to other agencies. Shifts are random, majority wknd shifts, cancelled a lot and don't know until 3:30 am, 2hours before your shift starts.

Nice newer hospital. Fairly clean, OK cafeteria , decent doctors, plenty of open positions. Hca satellite hospital, lots of supplies at your disposal.

Cons

To much favoritism, high nurse to pt/infant ratios,manager worthless! Security is a joke. Still charting on an out dated computer system, non union.
