      A few good employers willing to make your experience better.

      Cons

      I had great experiences with HCA hospitals, but Centerpoint made me feel in a hostile environment most of times, sadly.

      Pros

      The ER nursing staff I work with is nice and ease to get along with. My work group is great and I enjoy my friends that I have made here. The immediate supervisor will work with you to balance work and family. You are never bored. The pace is busy.

      Cons

      Management does not value it's employees. There are doctors treat my department with disrespect and like we do not know our jobs. There is a lot of nurse turnover in many departments.
