Don't do it unless you are very desperate!

School based therapist

Pros

Some limited flexibility like working the actual school day hours. Experience working with children and understanding the school environment.

Cons

The posted Salary is not what they offer you. Especially if you are black or brown. Working more than 10+ hours due to notes and paperwork! High! Productivity demands 6 +clients per day in a school setting is a JOKE. You are working when kids are out of school and asked to schedule appointments on those days. Supervision is all about how to make client sessions longer, not about your growth as a clinician. This job is so stressful that it affects your mental, and physical health. Run and look for something else!
