Pros

The company allows you to gain experience with many different populations and gives opportunities to transfer internally in various therapy settings for professional growth. There are typically a few long term physicians, nurse practitioners and other providers in each department who are able to give some history to draw on when embarking on new projects or initiatives so you don't have to re-invent the wheel each time.

Cons

The pay scale was not as high as other mental health systems. However, it was worth the adjustment as it felt less high pressured and less chaotic than some agencies.
