Pros

There are many great people to work with, and the hours are flexible. Tuition reimbursement is ok, great place to get started in the mental health field.

Cons

Like with any government funded program there is a lot if red tape. not much communication from the managers unless you are doing something wrong. easy to get burned out if you are not careful. low pay below the national average.

Pros

Most of the people I work with are great!

Cons

The pay is low and it is tough working in such a large agency where you can be seen as just a number
