Pros

The people I work with in the clinic are amazing.

Cons

Where to begin? We have an insane workload. We have caseload of over 100 people and are expected to be able to contact all of them 1 or 2 times a month based on their level of care. Some clients have reported feeling we are harassing them due to the policies in place. We start out at a super low salary for the work and mental load we do. We are told there are bonuses, but the numbers to get bonuses are unobtainable, unless you consistently work off the clock. You will be help responsible for clients not coming in or answering calls. This can also lead the disciplinary actions or termination. The benefits package was recently reduced, so that is also a reason yo stay far away. You will always feel exhausted and mentally drained. If you are sick or miss days, you have to advocated for your expectations to be reduced for the month.
