Pros

-good culture overall -supportive environment -genuinely care about clients -flexibility -amazing amount of clinical support and experience

Cons

-not the greatest pay -high up management is great, middle management can be meh (not always) -therapists can be difficult to work with -difficult to move up without master's in social work -stress of difficult situations with clients

Flexible, remote work. Good for young professionals working and obtaining higher education degrees.

Cons

Extremely low pay, barely livable.
