Pros

Centerstone offers multiple opportunities for personal growth and for flexibility in work schedule. I have been with this company since I graduated and this year Centerstone made significant adjustment to salaries above what my peers say they make at other companies. I love our mission and appreciate our CARES program that allow us to meet vital needs of our most vulnerable clients. I have the latitude to use evidence practices in client centered and team based approaches.

Cons

As with any community mental health facilities funding changes, documentation requirements can be overwhelming at times to manage.

Pros

Good learning experience and good online training opportunities.

Cons

Extremely high caseloads (100-350 clients per clinician). Very low pay for the amount of work done. Often worked more than 40 hours per week to get documentation completed. Productivity is not easily achieved. VERY high no show and cancellation rates.
