Pros

I worked with Centerstone on a grant team outside of the typical position you might find working with this organization. Overall, the work this organization does is amazing. The communities they work with really go the extra mile to help those that are in need. Like most work in a social service type of environment with special populations, the work can be very challenging. The most important thing to remember is to have a good work/life balance, and to ask for help or advice when needed. Upper management in this organization really strive to help their employees have the best working experience they can.

Cons

Work can be challenging and mentally exhausting. Pay isn't as competitive as working in other field, but if the passion to help those in need is what you want to be doing with your life, than Centerstone is a great place to be able to do that!

Pros

The fact that this company provides Entry-level positions is the only pro that I can think of. Nothing else positive to say.

Cons

I would not recommend working for this company. High turnover rates, “burn out” complaints, low pay, poor management, no support, more about numbers than helping people (they prefer quantity to quality), high caseloads, high stress, and more.
