Pros

Most supervisors are supportive and kind. Supervisors are willing to help and the office support staff is very helpful. No working on weekends and no on call work.

Cons

Never gives pay raises, the company went 6 years without giving employees a pay raise. Company adds more work on employees, but without any extra compensation. Company claims to be losing money, but is always buying other mental health companies that are going bankrupt in other states. Company is more focus on buying other companies out of state, than keeping their current employees. Does not appreciate employees and most case managers live below the poverty level. Is the lowest paying mental health faculty in the state of Tennessee for those seeking employment in case management. High turnover rate for case managers and therapist.

Pros

Great clients, and few staff actually care about the job they do.

Cons

I could go on all day! Low pay, your work will never be recognized, the staff are immature, feels like junior high!
