Pros

Centerstone wants to provide high quality services and supports. Majority of staff really care about their clients and the work that they do. Opportunities to learn and provide innovating services.

Cons

Current funding streams for Non Profits are not sufficient to support market value salaries. Industry payment system is in disruption, requiring system and staffing re-organization, leading to overburdening workloads to facilitate transitions.
