      Too much responsibility and not enough help to get it done

      Pros

      The office I worked out of had me doing the job of a Field Supervisor and an Operations Manager all while not having enough staff to run the office. Personnel were hired without my knowledge by supervising manager and the people they brought back had been fired for drugs or had quit/fired for multiple safety violations.

      Cons

      I was terminated for no reason, well actually for “we thought you would be so much further along at this point” with barely having enough staff to fill out one roofing crew and no CDL driver. I was never trained on how to use their main computer system and our office was basically an after thought.
