Pros

Being able to make a big impact by helping people that desperately need it.

Cons

The non profit industrial complex grif within this institution is strong. Leadership is comprised of unqualified administrators with savior complexes who are so amazingly thin skinned that they cannot take criticism or admit fault in any way. In recent years they've begun pushing billable patient visits over the safety and well-being of all of the medical staff top to bottom, in turn risking patient safety on a regular basis. Avoid.
