Pros

CCC is committed to serving the homeless and low income people of Portland and surrounding areas. It has a robust drug and alcohol treatment program. If clients are looking for a program that is more geared toward something such as their gender (for example a woman's only group) or a Spanish speaking client looking for a program that will be best for them. Once clients are done they have the opportunity to work for CCC. In fact, over 40% of the workforce are former clients with many working a Peer Support Specialists to help those going through the program. CCC has a commitment to diversity and is the most LGBTQIA friendly and supportive place I've ever worked. With many of my co-workers comfortable being out. The clinicians committed to providing high quality care to the clients, including sending them to best specialists their insurance will allow. In conclusion, I loved the four years I had at CCC and will always look back on it fondly. I'll definitely recommend it as a great place to work.

Cons

Many of the locations are in high crime locations due to the population it serves. Not all locations are unionized.
