Pros

Excellent benefits for a non-profit, supportive culture, decent trainings, good mission

Cons

Leadership structure is still evolving, sometimes too much work on individuals who either burn out or must make choices and not focus on their full scopes of work, Old Town neighborhood can be on the rough side.
