Pros

Full benefits, most positions are union as long as they aren't managerial roles.

Cons

If your position in the company isn't union you never get a raise or overtime pay.

Pros

Great opportunities for advancement, lots of support for getting educational advancement, good training support, great time off and health benefits, very mission oriented.

Cons

Very big agency that has lots of different programs can be hard to get a hold on, the diversity of the agency brings challenges but this isn't always a bad thing.
