Pros

Ample amount of resources available to their clients is great and you can immediatly see the difference the help makes in the lives of the clients. We have a medical clinic that includes primary care, addiction medicine, counseling available, peer support, insurance help and a pharmacy. For the employees we have flexible time off, a generous 401K fully vested contribution, freedom to improve the process of clinic flow.

Cons

Communications is at times not the best and more effort could be put forth to connecting a client to someone who does know the answer when another staff member does not. The pay is lower compared to industry standard wages for medical support staff.
