Staff are amazing and committed Upper management is beginning to listen to and invest in employees in new ways Navigated COVID-19 really well--kept staff and clients safe and kept the organization financially sustainable

Cons

Lots of turnover recently--the growing pains are real Culture is becoming more corporate and less grassroots
