Pros

The organization's mission is at the forefront of how the organization is run. Leadership is deeply engaged in the work of the organization and make a real effort to listen to staff. The organization employs clients, making good on their commitment to supporting self-sufficiency. I've worked at numerous homeless service nonprofits, and this is one of the most professional, well-run organizations I've come across.

Cons

While diversity is important to the organization, this is not well-reflected in the demographics of the leadership.

Pros

Absolutely amazing mission, and dedication towards their cause. I came to this company to get back into helping people on a daily basis, and actually feel some worth from my position. CCC has given me the opportunity to thrive in my position.

Cons

Was asked why I took a step backwards in my career to work for the organization. They couldn't understand why someone would leave a successful career position to take an lower position with an amazing organization that actually helps people.
