Bad Leadership

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

The Benefits are amazing and it is nice to contribute to something meaningful.

Cons

They do not have good training. The leadership is constantly changing and the organization of people is constantly changing. The new union (2024) is really bad, they are still figuring things out. I would suggest if things start getting weird in your department to get HR involved straight away and keep a really good paper trail for yourself. The people that have lasted the longest have a cover your butt and blame others when things go wrong mentality.
