Pros

Making a difference in the community in a well resourced setting.

Cons

Leadership is top down and out of touch. Medical director and associate medical director MIA, acting medical director given too many jobs, soulless bean counters in charge of major decision-making, empty performative patronizing nonsense from leadership all of the time. There's a "chief people officer" making over 300k and nobody knows what he actually does.
