Pros

Amazing impact on the people that need it the most. Folks are passionate about the mission. Great benefits for employees.

Cons

Lots of fear among employees due to changes in leadership, funding and politics. Very liberal org that talks about inclusion as long as you agree with their views.

Pros

Absolutely amazing mission, and dedication towards their cause. I came to this company to get back into helping people on a daily basis, and actually feel some worth from my position. CCC has given me the opportunity to thrive in my position.

Cons

Was asked why I took a step backwards in my career to work for the organization. They couldn't understand why someone would leave a successful career position to take an lower position with an amazing organization that actually helps people.

Cons

You will be worked like a dog with very little- if any thanks. HR does not care about you and neither do the managers.
