Pros

There is nothing I liked about working there, they sucked me dry for years with very little pay and not much support. I cannot believe I stayed there at long, mostly it was because I liked my team and the clients.

Cons

Working in a place with horrible directors

Pros

The infrastructure built around staff support re: continuing education and training, advocacy, community resource connection was impressive. Employer matching percentage for retirement was great.

Cons

The pay is low for the intensity of work. The burn out is real. Kaiser is employee insurance program and The Worst.
