You’ll never have a work load that will allow for it. You’ll be working 45+ hours a week to keep from sinking. So if you’re salary and offered a 37 hour work week just know you’ll be working overtime with no compensation for it.

Corporate office is a cancerous toxic place that ruined the hat could have been a good job. Originally I was very happy at central but the ceo passed it to his son who turned around and hired a sleazy executive and that immediately came in and ruining the amazing culture. He brought along friends from his old company and created new positions for them all while capping pay raises at 2-3%.
