Pros

Good pay….nice coworkers. I like working here. Pension!!!

Cons

Hybrid work model……..One day everyone comes in and the second day we can pick any other day of the week to come in which doesn’t make sense….three days at home. Insurance is very high….401k match is low….but they make up for it with pension and yearly deposit into 401k based off company performance.

Everyone has a seat at the table and culture means everything at Central. They walk the walk and talk the talk. Central has exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love working for Central!

Cons

No bonus structure provided in sales position., More structured training program.
