Pros

We have great work hours. The wages are above average for the community. It is a family environment among co-workers.

Cons

Very little room to grow within the company. Health insurance is very expensive for the employees.

Pros

Tons of professional development, really great culture and environment. They preach integrity but also walk the walk, fair and honest. Lots of autonomy in terms of claim decisions etc. Full benefits, 401k matching. Also pension, on top of the 401k.

Cons

With the changing job market, salary doesn’t seem to be as competitive as it could be. Also they are focused on people being in the office 2 days a week. With the surges they allow work from home for a while, but always go back to working in the office. So not as flexible as other companies.

Pros

Relationships matter. Flat management structure and good communication within organization. Offers pension plan. Company does share some company profit which it places into your 401k plan.

Cons

No quarterly or yearly bonuses.
