Central is committed to continuously improving the way we do business and truly appreciate hearing thoughts on areas for future development. IT is an area we continually invest in and have several initiatives underway to modernize our policy administration system as well as our business intelligence and analytics platform. Even with the growth and changes that we have experienced in our IT department, we have maintained an average turnover of 2.19% in voluntary resignations over the past 5 years. With an IT team of around 100, we are proud to have 57% of our employees that have been with us for over 10 years.
