      Pros

      Lots of growth within the business. Friendly coworkers. Active CEO in the operations. Small company feel.

      Cons

      Somehow others view befriending leadership as a negative... everyone who works here is very friendly though, including them. I enjoy getting to know the people who run the show. There are learning curves happening in the growth.

      Pros

      For me, it is a special place that is hard to find elsewhere, and it is due to the people that lead it. Plenty of opportunity if you are willing to be adaptable and put in the effort to become really good at what you do for the team. I really enjoy all of the people that I get to work with. It is amazing how much this company has grown in a short period of time and it is not slowing down any time soon.

      I am sure there are a few things that some folks can pick out, but nothing is perfect.

      Pros

      down to earth, understanding company, worked here for over 11 yrs, started at the bottom, worked my way up. this company does in fact reward employees by merit, not the "buddy system".
