Pros

Central Power Systems and Services, Inc. is a family owned business that prides itself on retaining valuable employees. If you are self-motivated and looking for a career and not just a paycheck then this is the place for you. Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded and appreciated.

Cons

Many of the locations are located in older buildings but maintenance is kept up and all facilities are clean.

Pros

There are some good people with strong work ethics and caring attitudes at the front line. Most people you work side-by-side with will treat you with respect. Employee health insurance premium is covered (still pay for kids and/or family)

Cons

Employees are not cared for or even acknowledged by the owners. No dental or vision insurance. You must take a day of vacation before you can use a sick day. If the lack of leadership and vision from top doesn't run you off the filthy work environment will. Many are drawn in with empty promises that have not be kept. Most who leave regret working here.

Pros

Learned a lot. Likable co-workers (not management). It paid the bills.

Cons

Filthy working conditions. Broken and dangerous shop equipment. High pressure environment with no support from management. They will spend a dime just to keep from giving you a nickel.
