I have not been here that long but am happy to be here during the exciting changes being implemented by the new management. We are encouraged to let management know of any problems we have and will either take action to fix or let us know the reasoning for the process we do not agree with. Honest, open communication is what they are striving for. This is refreshing in a world where this is not so common. They are trying to hire like minded people with positive and ambitious attitudes. If you are lucky enough to get hired hang on to your hat because I see changes every month.
