HR is terrible... The company didn't even get back to me... Ive got 10 years heavy equipment experience on every piece of equipment around exept the drill rig. They hired me at $18/hr.. Some of the older guys had been there 20 years and weren't even getting paid that much. There's no breakroom because it blowed away in a wind storm. They require a full in depth physical including drug screen. Most of the equipment is broke and not safe to operate and everyone is always in a bad mood. Lunch break? Good luck. Especially if you're operating the loader in the pit. For the amount of work required and how filthy the job is.. The pay is ridiculous. Do not recommend. Also.. They'll lay you off in the winter months and expect you to collect unemployment until spring.

Pay is low. You never know what time you get off work. So you can’t plan much for a normal life when not knowing when your working. I was told before hire 6:30 to 4:30. Second day there wanted to know why I was late. I was there at 6:00. Then fridays at around 4:30 being told your working Saturday. Ummm. No.
