      Pros

      The pay is half-way decent and most of the people (other than management) are nice to work with.

      Cons

      High turn over rate for drivers due to over work and insufficient pay. Management and immediate supervisors are clueless. The equipment is crap. Unsafe procedures are standardized at Central. Their equipment is unsafe, unhealthy and disfunctional. Lunch rooms and bathrooms are filthy!!! If they only fixed their equipment I would be willing to give them a score of average for being a good place to work.

      If you're hungry for a job with more responsibilty, hr will work with you and help you move up.

      Cons

      Pay is already minimal and increased responsibilities and promotion offers do not mean a pay increase for you.
