      Pay is competitive and the current manager out of Fort Worth is the best I have worked with in my four years here

      I have not received a pay increase other than my promotion in the four years that I have been with Central.

      Pros

      There are some extraordinarily talented people working there who desire to take the company to a higher level. The take-home pay is just enough to keep you from ever leaving; a manager can make between 40-60k per year depending on position.

      Cons

      Base pay seems decent until you realize salaried employees are basically just low-wage hourly employees forced to give free overtime, and lots of it. Example- salaried workers absolutely must work a minimum of 50 hours per week and frequently more with or without notice. Their expense reimbursement system actually penalizes the employees. They deceptively charge or pass costs to employees in every sneaky way they can think of, such as creating elaborate vacation systems that ultimately screw the recipient. Their benefits are laughably bad--you can get better prices on health insurance by branching out on your own, and there is absolutely no loyalty to employees or customers, no matter how long they have survived there or how talented they are. If you make a wrong step politically (and it is all politics at CT), you will be let go swiftly, dramatically, and painfully.
