The treat you like dirt and nothing you do is ever fast enough or good enough, They Hire terminal managers who for the most part have no business doing that job. Most of the terminal managers i dealt with had no people skills and thought that you manage people by threatening and trying to intimidate them. This is the only company in all my 23 yrs as a driver that i was ever told that if i was concerned with dot regulations and obeying them that i needed to look for work else where. They destroy the freight that you are expected do deliver to people and have no concern about doing the damage. I was told to make every effort to hide any damage i found on the freight. And they want you to operate unsafe equipment even though they know the tractor should be red tagged and parked until repaired. I was fired from this company in 07 because i refused to operate a tractor with severely bad brakes. They refused to fix them and the truck was not safe to operate.I was told by the t m that i had 2 choices drive that truck or go home. So i went home. And i should add if they fire you they will lie about why. They tell people that i was fired for insubordination. Not true as insubordination means refusing or failing to follow a lawful order. I was ordered to drive a red tag tractor that could not be safely or lawfully operated. If you are thinking of working here don't, just run as fast as you can.

Everything to the tractors especially the trailer that won't pass inspection! You probably won't find one that will. The pay was hideous. My biggest check was about 570 and that was like a 55 hour week. Of course no OT until after 55 which almost ever got. Management just a disgrace . Anyone thinking about coming to Central please I beg you please think twice!
