      Pros

      Good team members. Wild to calm days- the verity makes everyday a bit different. Stepping stone to other roles. Challenges you mentally, have to adapt or change things to suit the situation. Helping adults.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Management downplayed during onboarding how much butt you must wipe and how many times you are in the line of fire. Behaviours include being hit, bit, and spit etc. Resources are held in management office. Need to use own vehicle for transport.

At CVTC, we strive to provide quality service to the participants we serve, which includes assisting them with sensitive needs like hygiene and personal care while treating them with respect and dignity. It's unfortunate not everyone sees the value in providing this type of care.
