Good jump start to your career

-Coworkers are friendly and always helpful -Great place to get some relevant experience to jump start your career -Lots of fun get togethers -Very laid back environment -Opportunities to work from home (if they'll let you) -Receive adequate training to succeed at your role -Fast paced

Cons

-You're asked to work overtime quite frequently -Owners make promises to clients they themselves can't keep so they will dump it off on other employees -Work life balance is virtually non-existent -Compensation & benefits package is below average (no dental or 401K) -No formal performance review process to facilitate possible income increases -Most if not all jobs can be done 100% remotely, but the owners are not open to employees working from home on a frequent and/or permanent basis unless they were hired on as such -Customers are very difficult to work with because the majority of them are not properly trained on the software -No one is ever on the same page

Pros

Due to growth lots of challenges which is exciting. Overall a good group to work with.

Cons

Working remote it's hard to build teamwork. Pay scale is bit on low side for most people. Upper management vastly overrated. Benefits are expensive. Very woke culture.

I absolutely love coming to work. I want to make that clear. I love how flexible it is at CR. I love learning new things, and the experiences that CR allows me to experience.

Cons

I often feel insignificant to my management. I wanted this job because I wanted to grow with the company but I don't feel like I have the opportunity to.
