CentralReach is the best example of a company that cares about their employees. Truly a great work-life balance, a welcoming team from the top down, and great pay. Hybrid schedule is fair and flexible but the NJ office is a cool place to be regardless.

Pros

Good management and amazing work culture! The most important to get your job done, forget about micromanagement. As long as you do your part and are being responsible everyone is very helpful and supportive

Cons

Salary is a bit low, but the great job culture compensates it.
