I have completed my first 30 days with the CentralReach organization. So far, the onboarding experience has been very organized, concise, and thorough. Weekly expectations and deliverables were communicated well in advance, and I was consistently supported by the onboarding team, my enablement team, my manager, and my peers. I was encouraged to schedule quick meet & greet meetings with various colleagues from various departments. The company culture is amazing, and everyone has been more than willing to help.

Fantastic team from onboarding to management. Everyone is always willing to collaborate and communicate regarding responsibilities.

Annual pay increase is small.
