The people working for CentralReach are some of the best I have ever worked with. Everyone from the top of the chain all the way down is engaged and wants to do the right thing for the company and our clients. There are lots of opportunities in departments and across the departments and brands to advance in your career. Show your skills and take calculated risks, people notice and will invest in you if they see you are working hard for the mission and our goals.

Cons

Cross-team communication is getting better but it's not where it needs to be as of yet but that is expected when you're growing fast.

Pros

- Amazing people & culture - CR and it’s suite of products are useful to healthcare businesses (EHR is something clinics can’t/shouldn’t operate without) - The company stays relevant & progressive by continuing to elevate their products, talent, and brand

Cons

- It can be hard to advance or increase earning potential - With the addition of a new brick and mortar office it’s clear that there will be an increase of in-office requirements and less remote hires which promotes inequity and nepotistic practices

Fast growing technology company that is constantly pushing to help the Autism community. The group is filled with dedicated, smart and energetic people, If you enjoy new challenges, opportunities to grow and being recognized for your efforts, CR will be a rewarding place for you.

Cons

A high growth company creates change and not everyone is comfortable with change. Due to the extreme demand for the products and grow within the industry the volume of work is high. However, this is a very team oriented atmosphere and if the work becomes too much for one individual, someone is always willing to step in.
