How a company operates as a startup won’t usually work for a 400-person company, but what has remained steadfast has been our values. Due to growth lots of challenges which is exciting. Overall a good group to work with.

Cons

Working remote it's hard to build teamwork. Pay scale is bit on low side for most people. Upper management vastly overrated. Benefits are expensive. Very woke culture.
