Phenomenal corporate culture. They truly honor the company's greatest asset: their employees. Weekly meetings with the CEO on the state of the company with awesome feedback to every individual. This organization's primary focus is creating an integrated software platform to allow professionals to concentrate on helping children on the autism spectrum and CentralReach has done an excellent job resulting in being the leader in the field. You truly feel a connection with the great work the clients have achieved due to having their business software handle their scheduling, billing, documentation, HIPAA compliance, data collection, continued education and so much more. From the initial interview through the entire onboarding process I was treated warmly and professionally. CentralReach has a perfect textbook onboarding process that is both engaging and forward thinking. I have enjoyed the open door approach from management to share ideas and join in multi-department collaboration. I look forward to a long and profitable career with the awesome company.
