      Pros

      CentralReach is a company that provides products that truly change peoples lives on a daily basis. The company has a fantastic mission, is building a great culture and a smart and dedicated team that I really enjoy working with.

      Cons

      With fast growth comes a growing need for concrete processes & systems.. These will take a little time to build and apply but it will be well worth it in the long run!

      Smart, eager group of people doing their best everyday Growing at such a rate keeps things exciting The mission of the company is truly admirable

      Cons

      Handling such growth requires preparation for the future. As such there are lots of things changing so it can be confusing trying to keep it all straight. These initiatives are going to help and the short term hurdle is worth the long term advantage.

      Benefits are good, but kind of weird since it Aetna's network via a third-party company named Allied. When it works, awesome, when it doesn't, it's a pain.
