What drew me to CentralReach was the mission—supporting individuals across the autism and IDD spectrum—but what’s kept me excited to log in every day is the people. This team is smart, kind, and genuinely committed to making a difference. I’ve felt supported and trusted from day one. Ideas are welcomed and leadership is open and approachable. There’s a strong sense that we’re building something important—and that we’re doing it together. As someone who’s worked in education and assessment for years, it’s incredibly fulfilling to work somewhere that blends technology, purpose, and heart.

Pros

Great middle management and supportive teammates. CEO models tranparency and openly communicates health of the business and growth plans. Genuine and highly talented colleagues, mission driven org, work hard culture. Excellent tech stack!

Cons

Being the market leader is taxing, work/life balance is a struggle. New leadership with higher demands/expectations, growing corporate-layoff culture. Everyone is spread thin.
