Pros

Great people, meaningful benefits, fair compensation, friendly culture.

Cons

Not many to be honest. They're a growing company, so there are always growing pains and the environment is fast paces, but everyone is working hard together and the results speak for themselves.

Pros

The company is a fantastic place to work with amazing benefits and PTO starting at 20 days/year. The people and management are as transparent as possible in a growing company. Potential for growth is exponential.

Cons

Compensation could always be higher.

Pros

One of the best things about working at CentralReach is the company's mission and the people. It's so rewarding to know that you are having a positive impact. Everyone is incredibly knowledgable, eager to help, and open to new ideas. It's a lot to take in, but they do a great job in setting you up with resources and tools to learn what you need to know in order to do your job effectively. Also I have to give a major shoutout to how flexible they have been with their employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. It's been a tremendous blessing to know that I have the support and understanding from my employer!

Cons

The one con that sticks out to me (and may not be a con for some) is that the company has grown tremendously in a short period of time and is still continuing to change. If you're not someone who can adapt quickly or is willing to keep an open mind I could see it being a difficult fit. While the medical benefits are not bad if you're only covering yourself, they could be more competitive for family coverage. PTO however is great!
