Pros

One of my favorite reasons to work at CentralReach is the focus on a positive, collaborative, and energetic company culture. Working at CentralReach has given me the opportunity to expand my experience as a BCBA by collaborating with 30+ BCBAs, working on content development with top BCBAs in our field, and I have even had the opportunity to learn more about business development and growth.

Cons

I am a remote employee, this makes it a little difficult to connect with many great employees that we have here at CentralReach. Hard to say this is completely a con, because I also get to work remote and have a fantastic work/life balance.

Pros

CentralReach is a place where innovation is fostered and hard work is rewarded. Also, the culture is very welcoming with an emphasis placed on measuring results and doing better.

Cons

The company is growing very fast. With rapid growth it’s sometimes hard to get to know everyone. Though back on the pro side, the company holds periodic events aimed at bringing people together in social situations.
