The first day feels like you have been there for years. From the interview process all the way through where I am months later, the experience has been smooth, my expectations have been far exceeded and it has really been an exciting time!

What drew me to CentralReach was the mission—supporting individuals across the autism and IDD spectrum—but what’s kept me excited to log in every day is the people. This team is smart, kind, and genuinely committed to making a difference. I’ve felt supported and trusted from day one. Ideas are welcomed and leadership is open and approachable. There’s a strong sense that we’re building something important—and that we’re doing it together. As someone who’s worked in education and assessment for years, it’s incredibly fulfilling to work somewhere that blends technology, purpose, and heart.
