      1) Day One 401(k) Accrual/Contribution - From your very first day, CentralReach will help pave the way to your successful retirement with this amazing benefit. 2) Open Work Environment - No closed doors or secretive meetings being held. Everyone works together on a completely open floor. No cubicle city here! 3) Room to Grow - Rapid career advancement is possible and happens regularly. Managers care and will ensure you are on a path to succeed, the Company prefers to promote from within as opposed to hiring from outside, which is rare! 4) Compensation - Industry leading compensation in every field of operation. 5) Leadership - CentralReach's senior management team is the best in the business and has brought extreme growth with commensurate job security.

      Cons

      Very few entry-level positions for those wanting to start fresh in the field.

      CentralReach is for individuals who are ready to challenge themselves and take their careers to the next level. We are experiencing exponential growth and are structuring our teams with the right people, systems, and processes to develop our product and be the best EHR software in ABA and related segments. It is rewarding to come to work to indirectly contribute to improving people's quality of life of people. Work-life balance is a plus, with the flexibility to work from home. Employees are engaged and committed to the company...

      Cons

      The growth of the company has brought new leadership, which is contributing to lots of organizational strategic changes (way overdue...) This means the organization is still maturing and defining foundational processes required to scale. There is a lot going on at the same time and competing high-level priority projects. Everybody in the organization needs to be able to adapt and be flexible while we go over this transitional season... If you are not ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, this is probably not the right fit for you.

      Pros

      CentralReach is a company that provides products that truly change peoples lives on a daily basis. The company has a fantastic mission, is building a great culture and a smart and dedicated team that I really enjoy working with.

      Cons

      With fast growth comes a growing need for concrete processes & systems.. These will take a little time to build and apply but it will be well worth it in the long run!
