Pros

Perhaps anyone who leaves a company is bound to post an unhappy review - so here's one from one of the many happy people that work here! Most of the team has been here a while, and they are consistently helpful, happy, engaged and care deeply for the company and mission. This isn't a 9-5, but it's not a sweat shop! People care, so we're just not watching the clock. If you're passionate about your role and skills, you'll find many others like you.

Cons

We're growing, fast, so there's lots to do. Growth has it's challenges, but most rise to it, and revel in it.

Pros

HR is fine - quick and efficient. Biz Development team rather friendly, communicative and competent.

Cons

QA team is absolutely inefficient. Too afraid to communicate with others - both internally and externally. Crazy, heh? Probably because they don't know what they're doing. Might also be a language thing on top. Was always hard to understand what they were trying to say. Explains why they never answer the phone. Need a lot of patience and perseverance here, especially dealing with the wannabe "QA leads" who hide own inefficiency by imposing high expectations on others. Attack is the best defense, right?

Thank you for your review. We work very hard to get new products out to our customers in the autism and IDD space. We realize that may create some pressure on the work load of our distributed teams.
