Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you value the autonomy and trust provided in your role. Empowering team members to work independently is important to us, and we're pleased that this aspect of the work environment has been positive for you. We also recognize the challenges that can arise when staffing levels do not consistently meet operational demands. Your feedback is valuable and helps highlight areas where we can continue to evaluate processes, staffing needs and support systems to better serve our teams. Thank you for your dedication and for taking the time to share your perspective.

Pros

You get to witness the healing journey of the patients

Cons

Hostile work environment with unprofessional coworkers displaying a range of problematic behavior, from verbal abuse to sexual behavior in the workplace. Management is completely uncaring when it comes to embodying the values the company supposedly has and the residential manager actively avoids and ignores any and all concerns related to work. Because the behavior of staff is not only unprofessional but unchecked by management it spills directly into the residence for the patients to see, contributing a chaotic feeling to the work environment.
