Learning opportunities are ending in neuro/brain rehab

Cons

Case management is the glue that runs the show. The job is extremely demanding and you're the face of everything. The learning was incredible but the responsibility to the organization was too great for the pay. Despite high pay, could be doubled for the work you endure.

CNS does what other healthcare facilities do not. They care for their patients at all costs and offer tailored, comprehensive, and joyful interventions to help brain injured patients meet their goals. The staff culture is infectious and really feel part of a community. They take your professional growth seriously and listen when you set performance and career goals. I’ve enjoyed my time at CNS and encourage others to join the team all the time.

Cons

Salaried pay means you end up working longer than your scheduled hours sometimes to get the work done. Pay in general is lower than the market in most positions.
